Sesame Oil is considered as the King of Oils in Ayurveda. There are many uses for this healthful oil.

• Nourish your skin! Use Sesame Oil daily as a massage oil.

• Use Sesame Oil for oil pulling as part of your gum and tooth health routine.

  Instructions:

• Place a drop of Sesame Oil on the tip of your finger and swipe the oil in your nostrils and ears. Applying Sesame Oil to the facial orifices will protect against infection.

• Use Sesame Oil for your daily massage for healthy, vibrant skin.

• For oil pulling, pump about 1 tablespoon of oil into your mouth. Swish the oil throughout your entire mouth and between your teeth for about 20 minutes. The consistency of the oil will change. DO NOT SWALLOW the swished oil. Spit the oil into the trash.
